Meet The Horses

Bowie
Bowie is the extra splash of color and character in our group! His beautiful Red Roan coloring is as charming as his personality. Born in 2013 and named after the legendary David Bowie, Bowie is kind and quiet. And although one of his favorite pastimes is eating - don’t let that fool you! Because even though he may not be in a hurry, when asked with patience and the right motivation, he’ll rise to any occasion!

Sky
It just so happens that the word that may best describe this handsome guy rhymes with his name - Sky is all try! This sweet 2014 gelding absolutely loves making people happy and always tries his best for them both on the ground and under saddle. Our barn manager said, “He makes you a better rider than you really are,” and we think maybe a better person, too!

Elvis
Elvis may think he’s big and bad. And while he may be big at 15.3 hands, he’s definitely not bad! Born in 2015 and named after Elvis Presley (the king himself), Elvis’ tough guy attitude melts in the right, understanding hands. Under saddle, Elvis really shines! He may be a tougher nut to crack, but we think that makes him special. And one of the most rewarding horses in the barn!
In Loving Memory
Scout, PLAYIN FLASHY, was the beginning of a journey, the heart behind a passion, and part of the foundation here at Rose Garden Ranch. He was the herd leader and cared for all the horses with calm, firmness, grace, and kindness. Scout was both a teacher and a friend. With his steady presence and unwavering spirit, he taught lessons that went far beyond the saddle.
Scout will always be remembered with gratitude and love. Though he may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on in every hoofbeat and heartbeat that follows.
Run free, Scout.
